  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cups cooked rice and salt as you wish
  • Banana leaves for wrapping

Step 1: Prepare the Banana Leaves

  • Wash the banana leaves thoroughly under running water.
  • Pass them over an open flame or heat them in a dry pan to make them pliable. This prevents tearing when wrapping.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken Filling

  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • SautĂ© the garlic until golden brown, then add the chopped onions and cook until soft.
  • Add the shredded or minced chicken and stir well.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix everything evenly.
